Last year this game had added intrigue after the relegation, this year it’s trying to guess how our financial plight will leave us and whether Maresca will keep the faith in the same players that got us back to the Premier League.

Last year this game had added intrigue after the relegation, this year it’s trying to guess where our financial plight (and possible registration or transfer embargos) will leave us and whether Maresca will keep the faith in the same players that got us back to the Premier League.

After the success, or at least fun of doing it last year, we’re playing the transfer game again. Where’s everyone going to be come September?

In keeping with last year, there’s prizes (bragging rights anyway) as points are on offer for correct guesses. They are:

  • 50 points for a correct club

  • 10 points for a correct league

  • 5 points if they correctly identify a player will stay at Leicester

    MUST keep Ricardo, Justin, Hermansen and sign Fatawu. Probably keep Vardy, Winks, Mavididi and N’did.New contracts for Braybrooke, Alves, Nelson, Stolarcyz. Dispense at all costs with Daka and Iheanacho. Others can go if viable offers received.

    Its all looking a bit grim, tbh.

    If we’re lucky, we’ll hold onto all the key players (KDH etc) and have a chance of survival.

    But, conversely, it could be a bit of an exodus, in which case, we’re probably stuffed.

    And that’s before we start talking about points deductions and a ban on signings! 😭

    Sorry for the negative vibe, but they’re the realities.
